SCA Sensory Intermediate

Sensory Foundation Intermediate course takes a deeper dive into flavor science and sensory evaluation. Participants study the physiology of taste and aroma, learn to design and conduct sensory panels, and analyze coffee using tools such as the SCA Flavor Wheel and WCR Sensory Lexicon. The course enhances precision in flavor identification and cupping consistency.
